CCTV SURVIELLIANCE

CCTV- is a acronym of closed circuit television , CCTV- Security system monitors round the clock through cameras .The video signal from the camera is transmitted either through wire or through wi-fi .The camera which use wi-fi is called wireless camera , these signal are fed into the digital video recorder(DVR) . THE CCTV-DVR'S are of two types CCTV-pc based DVR and CCTV-Stand alone DVR, the DVR records in H 2.64 or MPEG 4 compression format H 2.64 is the advisable format because of its good clarity and it consumes less hard disk space .One should make sure that the DVR should have option of remote monitoring, CCTV-security system is like eye for a you good security.

Access Control System

Biometrics access control system refers to technologies that measure and analyze human body characteristics, such as fingerprints, eye retinas and irises, voice patterns for authentication purposes. The biometric device on connecting to the software, attendance can be generated and on connecting to the electromagnet the door can be controlled either to open the door or keep it closed, the advantage of this security system is that, it strictly restricts the person against unauthorized entry.

Controller based Access Control System

In this type of security access control system there will be two proximity or smart card readers connected as a input to a controller and there will be three outputs from the controller ,one is for connecting hardware to PC , second output for connecting the door contact this door contact is helpful in finding whether the door is closed properly or not, The access controller alarms, when the door is not closed properly and the final output for connecting the electromagnet ,on flashing the smart card or proximity which depends on the reader , the door can be controlled either to open the door or keep it closed.

Fire Alarm System

Fire Alarm System is a control device that detects, reports and acts on hazardous fires in buildings. Manual fire detection points such as manual pull stations, smoke detectors and heat detectors in a building are all hooked up to a fire alarm system, Whenever fire is set , first smoke gets released the smoke detector detects the smoke and gives signal to the fire alarm system panel, the panel which is connected to the sounder, gives an alarm. In some places like kitchen and the area where the heat is available normally in those areas the heat detector is used .

There are two types in fire alarm system
a)Conventional fire alarm system and b)Addressable fire alarm system

Conventional Fire Alarm System

In this type of fire alarm System the areas to be secured is classified into zones. Per zone only 20 devices can be connected. The Conventional fire alarm System panels have a small number of circuits connected to the device. LED light indicates incase of fire in an area or zone in a building. The drawback is in the fire condition fire alarm System panel shows only which zone is under fire , for locating the exact area a separate note stating the zone that belongs to the particular areaor zone like reception, server room etc has to stocked. This is cheaper than addressable fire alarm .

Addressable fire alarm System

This type of fire alarm System is more advanced than a conventional fire alarm System. There are more programming options with these it is easy to discover where an alarm device went off in the building and what alarm device is signalling. In this type of fire alarm System the areas to be secured is classified into Loops ,An addressable fire alarm panel usually has two loops and each loop corresponds with a number of alarm devices. per loop 250 devices can be connected and in the fire condition it shows in which area and from which detector signal of fire has arrived .

*Note - conventional detector cannot be used in addressable and vice versa

Burglar Alarm

The Burglar Alarm is of two types
a)Wired burglar alarm and b)Wireless burglar alarm

Wired burglar alarm

This type of system requires a control panel , Passive Infrared Detector , magnetic door contact , glass break sensor and Shutter sensor these depends on the customers requirement.

Wireless burglar alarm
This requires the above said but in wireless hardware
